Vendor Forms
Outside vendor must complete the Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement form for prior to conducting business on Harpers Mill Community Grounds
- This form must be completed, signed and returned to the HOA by all outside vendors who would like to sell any products or perform business in any form on the HOA property.
- HOA residents do not need to complete this form to sell products or perform business on HOA property. While performing any work residents may not have non-residents help set up or perform any work on behalf of the resident’s business or function.
